Roast Beef and Mushroom in Wine Sauce

I had a leftover from the roast beef that I cooked last night, so I decided to make something out of it.


Ingredients:
Roast beef (sliced in bite size)
1 med onion (sliced)
mushroom
wine ( i used white wine)
black pepper
garlic salt
butter

Directions:

* Heat butter. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
* Add beef and mushroom. Season with black pepper and garlic salt
* Add wine and bring to boil
* Simmer until half of the sauce is gone.
* Serve with rice

TCP: Urban Legends

This week's theme of Tuesday Couch Potatoes is all about Urban Legend. I admit, I am not fond of watching horror movies which is mostly based on Urban Legends. I never enjoy watching this type of movie genre. Both husband and I are not into this type of movie.

Since it is this week's theme, I am forced to choose one.... so far I think Shutter fits perfectly well for this category.

Pink Month

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer and the second-most common cause of cancer death. Women in the United States have the highest incidence rates of breast cancer in the world.
