Eating Fruits!!!

A friend of mine sent this messages through email and I want everybody to read this that is why I post it in my blog. I hope you stop by and read this even it is long. Here are the information:

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat. What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat! Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach. There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight. When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins. But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body.. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

A Personalized Search Page

With computers, it seems as though you can pretty much do anything you want right from your own home. All you have to do is click the mouse a couple of times, and then your job is done. I have to admit that I do enjoy this part of modern technology. Not only are you capable of doing many things, but you can have fun doing those things as well. An example of this would be manipulating photos or customizing your computer desktop with one of your personal photos. Now you can even have a personalized search page. Favitt is a Google search page where you can upload your own skin background. You can make it a solid color, or you can upload a picture to have in the background. This is pretty cool since the original color is a simple white background. Now you can do your searches in style. Upload that family picture or a picture of you with your friends, and every time you do a search, you can see one of your favorite pictures.

HELL YEAH, THEY CAN DANCE

I came across this video while doing my usual drops. Its from the show "so you think you can dance?" And let me just say, the couple on this video did prove they hell yeah, they can sure dance up a storm. Well,more like a zombie performance but of the good kind,lol. The dance move was choreographed well and it was executed flawlessly and they did justice to the song as well as the choreography. This is going to be a favorite of mine. Today, August 08 is my Mother's 62nd Birthday. I just gave her a kiss to greet on her special day. As usual she thought she is old already, she just came back from church. And now she is having lunch with all my family downstairs and I just thinking to drop a note for her Birthday in here. I Have Fallen In Love With The Same Woman Three Times

I heard the song first time when Jose Mari Chan was interviewed in ABS-CBN, the day when Madam President Cory Aquino died of Cardio Respiratory Arrest, as we all know, she suffered from Colon Cancer for one year and 4 months now. Her being courageous, sincere and honest made a remarkable memory to each one of us, memories that would always be in our hearts to keep. Though it is hard for us to see her go but we must, respect and follow the will of GOD as she already made her battle and fight for what she believes in and now we must bear in mind that she is at rest with God in heaven.

At rest with her husband the late Senator Ninoy Aquino who admire her, since the first day they met, thus the poem was created on their 19th wedding anniversary. The poem tells how her husband love and adore her simplicity, while he serve for the nation, her humble wife created a home for him.

Cory Aquino 1933-2009

The icon of Philippine democracy is gone.


Corazon Aquino, the country’s first woman president, died yesterday at 3:18 a.m. at the Makati Medical Center after an 18-month battle with colon cancer. She was 76.

She had fulfilled her mission to lead her people from the oppression of a dictatorship toward democracy. And, once there, she never let her guard down. The world honored – and continues to honor – her for this.

“Our mother peacefully passed away at 3:18 a.m., Aug. 1, 2009, of cardio-respiratory arrest,” Mrs. Aquino’s only son Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III announced from the
lobby of the Makati Medical Center around 6 a.m. yesterday. Even as Senator Aquino spoke, thousands of yellow ribbons fluttered on the streets around the hospital, the avenues winding through the metropolis, the thoroughfares crisscrossing country. Yellow was the color of protest against the Marcos dictatorship and Mrs. Aquino ascended to the presidency clad in fighting yellow, even in death, a symbol of the continuing struggle to safeguard democracy.

When I woke up early Sat morning , and I heard from the radio was so shocked on me and i open the T.V. a sad news greeted me and its all about Former President Cory Aquino's death.

According to the news the Former President Corazon Cory Aquino was passes away at 76 years old, August 1, 2009, Saturday at 3:18 in the morning due to cardio Respiratory arrest.

Both channels ABS CBN and GMA 7 were covering the said news. I can’t help but cry each time the People Power events will be flashback at the TV. As I recall I was like 8 years old at that time and I don’t have the knowledge yet of how important People Power was.

Tita Cory is truly an Icon of Democracy and thanks much for sharing your life with us. And your Legacy will always continue to mark us forever....Peace be with u Tita Cory....
