Diet Tip # 16
Chew more! Experts say, it could trigger weight loss without any effort and best of all, no dieting is required. This old fashioned strategy of chewing at least 20 times per bite promotes the quick onset of a feeling of fullness, causing people to eat up to 40 percent fewer calories per meal. What’s more? Thorough chewing release 50 percent more nutrients in the first minute the food reaches your tummy. This increases blood flow to the digestive organs to instantly raise metabolism. The process also enables the appetite centers of the brain to register satiety before excess food is consumed.
I better start teaching myself to take small bites and chew them really slow. :)

The Sweet Stuff
The Sweet Stuff
stevia_plant
Stevia extract in the raw and truvia both contain the herb stevia and they are among the latest no-calorie sweeteners to appear in the market. How do they compare to other sweeteners like aspartame (Equal) and sucralose (Splenda)? All of these sweeteners are safe because they have been approved by the FDA, but the ones made from stevia are the most natural because they were made from a plant that happens to have sweet-tasting leaves.

Shower Rules for Dry Sensitive Skin
If you have dry sensitive skin, it may help you follow the following suggestions:
1. Never take a hot shower. The temperature of the shower should be lukewarm. Superhot water dries out the skin.
2. Use hypoallergenic products. If your skin gets irritated at the drop of a hat, using hypoallergenic products is good for you because they have fewer dyes and perfumes than regular formulas.
3. Limit your exfoliation. Exfoliate your face and body once a week only. Your skin could turn red or break out if you do it more than once a week.
4. Apply body wash and scrubs with your hands. Avoid using abrasive washcloths, loofahs, or sponges.

The Healing Power of Tea
Sometimes a steaming cup of tea is more than a beverage, it's a full healing experience.
ea isn't a casual drink; it requires the careful choice of the best
leaves, the patience to wait for water to come to the right
temperature, the knowledge of how long to steep, and the time to let
the wisps of ...steam warm your face as you savor every sip. In places
from Buddhist monasteries to English parlors, tea has also long been
recognized for its healing properties, from the antioxidants in green
and white tea to the restorative properties of various herbal blends.

through this gallery to learn about the healing properties of different
types of tea, and to read inspiring ways in which tea imitates life.

Mesothelioma and Asbestos
Mesothelioma and Asbestos
Mesothelioma cancer is a rare but deadly form of cancer that targets the linings of the body’s internal organs. It is one of the most fatal form of cancers. There are approximately more than 2,000 new cases diagnosed every year in the United States. People who are diagnosed with this type of cancer has less than one year to survive. If diagnosed at an early stage of the disease, mesothelioma patient has bigger chances of survival because of its treatment.
Workers and others who have been exposed to toxic asbestos may suffer from mesothelioma. Manufacturers of asbestos knew about the dangers of asbestos product before they revealed it to the public. Thousands of people were needlessly exposed because of this negligence.
A variety of factors affect a patient's mesothelioma prognosis. The most important include the site where the cancer has developed, the stage or extent of cancer. Other factors such as the patient's general health, age and response to treatment can also affect prognosis.
There are cases of mesothelioma asbestos patients that survived. Paul Kraus is one of the them. He is an author of the book entitled Surviving Mesothelioma and Other Cancers - A Patient Guide. His book discusses survival behavior when you are diagnosed with mesothelioma.

Speed Up Your Computer
A slow running computer is very frustrating. Believe me I had my share of waiting for my computer to process what I want. There was a time when I want to scream because my computer was running so slow, and I feel like every time I am in a hurry, the more the computer runs slow. Do you happen to have this problem with your computer? Worry no more because there is a solution to this. You don't need to reinstall your Windows application. All you need to do is to use a registry cleaner.
One of the reasons why a computer runs slow is the corruption of its registry. When this happens, your computer will have poor performance and gives you many error messages. To fix this, you need to clean and fix its registry. You can download a free registry cleaner to scan and check your personal computer. Personally, I suggest for you to use Regwork registry cleaner because they are highly rated windows registry cleaner. Regwork will easily scan, repair and speed up your computer.
