Roast Beef and Mushroom in Wine Sauce

I had a leftover from the roast beef that I cooked last night, so I decided to make something out of it.


Ingredients:
Roast beef (sliced in bite size)
1 med onion (sliced)
mushroom
wine ( i used white wine)
black pepper
garlic salt
butter

Directions:

* Heat butter. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
* Add beef and mushroom. Season with black pepper and garlic salt
* Add wine and bring to boil
* Simmer until half of the sauce is gone.
* Serve with rice
